2 red onions,sliced,
2 eggs,
1 cup Italian bread crumbs,
1/2 cup hot and spicy seafood batter mix,
2 cups cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Separate onion slices into rings, beat eggs in medium size bowl, mix bread crumbs and seafood batter mix in gallon plastic bag and set aside. Heat oil in large fry pan. Dip onions in egg batter, place in plastic bag and shake until coated. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve immediately
