1 Bunch Leeks 4-6 potatos 4-6 Carrots 1-2 Onions 1 Box Manischewitz Matzo Ball & Soup Mix 1 T Mrs. Dash 1 Green or Red Pepper 1 T Olive Oil 2 eggs 2T Vegetable oil 2 1/2 Quarts water
Cut up all vegatable (less than 1" so they cook quickly) Cover bottom of pot or large skillet with olive oil, enough add oil so they are lightly covered. Stir in Mrs. Dash & cook until they are lightly browned. Make Matzo Balls according to package instructions. Add water & soup mix (from the Manischewitz Soup).
You can use pretty much any root veggys you have around. this is really good & healthy!! YEA!!
