1 package pie crust
1 10 oz package frozen mixed Vegas.
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 stick butter
1/3c flour
1 t sage
salt and pepper to taste
1 can chicken broth
1c milk
4c chopped, cooked chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Cook veggies. according to package directions. Drain
In large saucepan, cook onion in butter till tender. Stir in flour, salt, sage,salt and pepper. Add chicken broth and milk. Cook and stir till thickened. Stir in chicken and veggies.
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Roll one crust into pan. Pour in chicken mixture. Top with second crust.
Bake 450 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
