1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
1 lb. ground giblets, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
3 stems celery
1/4 bell pepper, chopped
1- 2 gloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1.2 to 2 cups rice, washed
1 tsp sugar, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meats and giblets until well browned. Add chopped seasonings, salt and pepper and sugar if desired- cook well. Add enough water to cover meat and to steam the rice. Cook until the rice is done, but still slightly juicy. Cook on low fire. DO NOT STIR. Serve hot.
