3/4 lb butter (not margarine)
1/2 cup Italian Salad dressing
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. lemon pepper
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp liquid crab boil
1/4 cup wine of choice (red or white)
8 ozs. fresh whole mushrooms
1 large onion, thinly sliced
5 dozen (3 lbs) large shrimp, deheaded but not peeled
Salt and pepper, if needed
Chopped parsley

Melt butter and combine Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, lemon pepper, minced garlic, crab boil and wine in a large casserole dish.

Add mushrooms, sliced onion, and shrimp. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Add salt and pepper if needed. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Serve with fresh French bread for dipping. Also good with angel hair pasta.
