1 package frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup precooked rice (measure 1/2 cup raw rice) it will make 1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup milk
1 jar (8oz) mild cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery, fine
1/2 cup chopped onion, fine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions and let cool. Combine precooked rice, soup,milk, cheese, slat and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted. Cook celery,onion in 2 tbsp. butter until soft. Add to the first ingredients and place in a square pan and bake until heated at 350.
