1/2 lb. cheddar cheese finely grated
1 3oz pkg of cream cheese
2 T sherry
1/4 c. coarsely chopped pitted olives
1/2 tsp worcestershire
dash each of onion, garlic and celery salts
1/2 c. coarsely snipped dried beef

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Cheese through salts in a bowl and mix on medium speed. Shape into a ball and wrap in foil then refridgerate until 30 minutes before serving. Reshape ball and roll in dried beef.
