1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. grated raw carrots
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. sifted all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, 325 degrees for dark pan. Combine oil,carrots,sugar, & eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add to combined mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until cake tester or toothpick comes out clean.
