2 flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded Mexican Melt cheese
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add one flour tortilla. Top with cheese and other tortilla. Let it cook a little until it is a bit brown in spots. Then carefully flip and brown the other side.

This is my favorite "meal". As long as we have tortillas and cheese in the fridge-I have supper!!!
