2 cups (8 ounces) shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in an ungreased 1-quart baking dish (saves on cleaning a mixing bowl - if you are a purist, go ahead and use a mixing bowl). Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve w/assorted crackers - yum!
