1 egg
2 T dried onion flakes (optional)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 t Worchester sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Shape mixture by tablespoons into 1.5 inch balls.

TO COOK IN SKILLET: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet; cook meatballs over medium heat until brown, about 20 minutes. Drain off fat.

TO COOK IN OVEN: Place meatballs in lightly greased baking pan. Bake uncovered in 400 oven until brown, about 20 minutes. Drain off fat.
