1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1/3 tsp vinegar
2 1/2 cup flour
4 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
2 cup zucchini, finely grated
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk (which has been mixed with vinegar). Beat well.

2. Mix together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture, beating well. Stir in Zucchini. Spoon into greased and floured 9" x 12" x 2" pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top of cake.

3. Bake at 325F for 4045 minutes.
