2 C. Sugar
1 C. Oil
3 Small Jars Carrot Baby Food
3 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 1/2 C. Flour


2 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Stick Butter
2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first eight ingredients together. Pour into a greased and lightly floured cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

Beat together cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar a little at a time. Add vanilla and beat until smooth. Frost cooled cake.
