2-3 ripe avocado pears
2 cloves garlic, crushed
juice of 2-3 lemons (limon sami)
salt and red pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and mash the avocados. Stir in remaining ingredients. To keep fresh, put a whole avocado pit in the guacamole. Serve with fresh tortillas and salsa (see recipes).
