3 or 4 breasts of chicken, cooked and diced
2 cups chopped celery
3/4 cup toasted almonds
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
3/4 cup mayo
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cups Chinese noodles
1/2 cup French fried onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together except the cheddar cheese, noodles, and fried onions. Cook for 25 minutes, uncovered, at 350. I put the cheese, noodles, and the fried onions on a couple of minutes before taking the dish out of the oven.
