1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped green peppers
cup margarine
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 can rotel tomatoes, drained
1 lb crawfish tails (can also substitute shrimp)

Directions:
Directions:
Soften green onions and green peppers in cup melted margarine. Add soups and drained tomatoes. Cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Add crawfish tails and cook another 15 minutes. Serve over rice
