1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 cups pineapple juice
2 eggs beaten
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 quarts water
1 16 oz. pasta Acini de Pepe
3 cans Mandarin oranges, drained
1 oz. cool whip
1 cup marshmallows
1 cup coconut

1. Combine sugar, flour, 1/2 tsp. salt in saucepan. Gradually stir in pineapple juice and eggs. Cook over medium heat until thick. Add lemon juice, let cool.
2. Boil pasta in saucepan with water and rest of salt. Drain and rinse 2 times. Mix noodles with sugar mixture.
3. Refrigerate overnight.
4. Next day add in rest of ingredients.
