1 stick butter 2 tbsp. Paul Prudhomme Seafood Magic 3 lbs. medium peeled and deveined shrimp 1 pt. whipping cream 1 lb. cooked angel hair pasta 3 green onions, chopped
In a skillet, melt butter and add seafood magic. Cook until frothy. Add shrimp and cook until pink. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Add whipping cream and stir until mixed. Pour over angel hair pasta. Add green onions on top. Serve with a green salad and French bread.
