4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. chopped ham
1 lb. angel hair pasta
1 lb. bacon cooked and crumbled
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 6 oz. can black olives, chopped or diced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter, add olive oil and julienne ham. Saute lightly. Add crushed garlic. Saute. Add cooked spaghetti, crumbled bacon, cheese and salt. Stir well. Turn off heat and gradually pour beaten eggs all over. Toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
