5 Lbs boiling potatoes
2 cups Miracle Whip and 2 cups Mayo
1 tablespoon white vinegar or dill pickle juice
1/4 cup mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup dill pickle relish
2 medium onions chopped
12 hard cooked eggs, chopped
Garnish if you wish with chopped green onion or radishes or bacon or paprika.

Boil potatoes with skins on to a very tender state.Peel potatoes. Cut into bite size pieces. Cut eggs into bite size pieces. Add all of the rest of the ingredients and using your clean hands mix well.

These are approximate. ingredients as I never use a recipe. Please taste as you go along. I am sure about the potatoes and eggs so make sure you use that many eggs with that many potatoes. I never cut my potatoes before boiling and throw in large and small ones together so I have some potatoes that are really soft for the mashed potato consistency and the larger potatoes stay solid for a great overall consistency. I also use this same recipe for my Macaroni Salad. Just adjust the quantities and add to your taste and the amount of macaroni you use.. I think both are great.
