2 small packages Lime Jell-o
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 cup cold evaporated milk
1 lb cottage cheese (small curd)
2 cups drained - crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Add boiling water to lime Jello. Add cold water. Cool. Add evaporated milk. Fold in cottage cheese, pineapple and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 Pyrex or salad mold. Chill overnight or until firm.

I LOVE this salad but if you don't like cottage cheese you probably won't like this.
