1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs
3 cups pudding filling( see recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to boil. Add floueall at once.stir vigorously. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. cool 10 min. Add eggs on at a time, beating with wodden spoon.
Drop 12 heaping tlbp of dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake iat 400 for 30-35 min or until golden brown. Transfer to wire rack and cool.
Cut tops from puffs and gently remove soft dough from inside puffs. Fill with custard. Replace tops, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
