1 1/2 pound Beef cut into1 inch cubes
2 Cups Water
16 oz Tomato Sauce
2 small potatoes peeled and cubed
1 red pepper chopped into med pieces
1 Cup of thick sliced carrots
1 med onion cut into wedges
2 Tbsp Onion soup mix
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup frozen peas
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in large pan. Stir in water,tomato sauce,potatoes, carrots,onions, red peppers, soup mix and seasonings. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 45 minutes. Stir in peas. Simmer 15 minutes.
