1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Large can artichoke hearts (packed in water-drained and diced)
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up artichoke hearts and mash with fork. Mix with other three ingredients, saving enough Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on the top. Bake at 350F until heated thoroughly and it starts to bubble (approximate. 20 minutes). Then you can turn on broiler just long enough to brown cheese.
