½ lb. bacon 3 eggs 4 oz or 1 c. shredded white mild cheddar cheese 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 1/3 c. milk 1 tsp. salt dash of pepper
Make a 9" pie crust (don’t bake). Cook bacon till crispy and crumble into pie shell. Add grated cheese sprinkle around pie shell. Beat eggs with milks and seasonings, pour over bacon and cheese. Bake at 400º for 25-35 minutes. Knife inserted into center should come out clean.
