2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/3 cups butter or margarine
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup regular oats
2 cups flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt.

Beat butter until soft. Add sugars, eggs and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Stir in flour mixture, then oats and coconut. Mix thoroughly. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls. 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in pre-heated 375 oven for 12-15 minutes, or until browned.
