1 lb frozen peeled deveined shrimp
1 pkg (8oz) medium noodles, cooked and drained
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp season salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Thaw frozen shrimp. Cut shrimp in half lengthwise, if desired. Combine noodles, sour cream and soup, onion and olives, dillweed, seasoned salt and 1/2 of cheese;mix well. Fold in shrimp. Spoon into shallow 2 quart baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in moderate oven(350 ) 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to oven about 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
