6 slices day old bread buttered
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg frozen crabmeat or
1 pkg frozen shrimp
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread into small cubes. Alternate layers of bread cubes, cheese and crabmeat/shrimp in buttered 2 quart casserole. Blend together eggs, milk and seasonings, pour over layered mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake in preheated
350 degree oven for 70 minutes or until puffy and brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
