BBQ Meatballs MEATBALLS: 13-oz can evaporated milk 3 lbs hamburger 2 eggs ½ tsp garlic powder 1 cup chopped onion 2 cup quick oatmeal 2 tsp salt ½ tsp pepper 2 tsp chili powder Mix all together. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Place in flat pan in 1 layer. SAUCE: 2 cups ketchup 2 Tbsp liquid smoke ½ cup onion 1 ½ cup brown sugar ½ tsp garlic powder Mix and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can freeze before baking.
