2 cups plain flour
2 eggs
tsp salt
cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
cup oil
1 cup milk
cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

optional: sprinkle tsp sugar on top of each muffin before baking

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Add in eggs and beat well. Stir in oil and milk. Mix in chocolate chips. Bake in greased or lined muffin tins at 350 degrees for 12 15 minutes. Being careful not to over cook
