2 c. cauliflower florets
2 c. broccoli florets
2 carrots sliced thin
1 small zucchini, sliced
1 small red onion, chopped

1 to 1 1/2 c. of Italian salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
Pour salad dressing over vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate 4 - 6 hours before serving.
