4 chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
1 lb hot sausage
1 bell pepper
1 onion
to tsp cayenne pepper (depending upon taste preference)
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute all of the above to golden brown in just enough oil to keep from sticking.

ADD:
2 cups chicken broth (bullion cubes)
1 cup uncooked rice

Cover and cook slowly for 40 45 minutes or until rice is done.
