(mix ahead the night before) Saute sausage and drain. Grease 10” dish. Cover bottom with bread cubes. Beat egg with milk. Add salt and mustard, pour over sausage and cheese. Top with parmesan. Leave in refrigerator overnight and cook the next morning at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
