1 lb cooked carrots
6 T softened margarine
4 eggs
1 cup finely crushed saltine crackers
cup shredded cheddar cheese
cup milk
1 T minced onions
1 tsp dill weed spice
1 tsp season-all season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mash carrots with an electric mixer. Add margarine and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in cracker crumbs, cheese, milk, minced inion, dill week and season-all. Pour into greased 1 quart oven-safe ring mold. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 50 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes. Run knife around mold and remove.
