1 1/2 to 2 lb. stew meat
potatoes, cut into thirds
carrots, chunked
onion, cut
celery, cut
24-oz, can V-8
Minute Tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a large casserole dish. Place meat in casserole. Add vegetables. Pour a little V-8 over the layers. Combine rest of V-8 with 3 Tbsp. Minute Tapioca; pour over veggies and meat. Do not stir. Bake 5 hours at 250.
