salt, pepper, garlic to taste
1/4 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 to 2 Tbsp.. Worcestershire
1 tsp. rosemary
1 c. BBQ sauce
1 c. shredded carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Perforate lean side of meat w/ fork. Place fat side down; shake on meat tenderizer, drizzle Worcestershire over top. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary. Place in cooking bag. Add BBQ sauce and carrots and coat entire brisket with sauce and carrots; seal bag. Bake 5 hrs. at 300. Open bag and bake additional 30 min..

This also works well in slow cooker.
