1 egg white
2 cups whole almonds
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
tsp ground Allspice
tsp seasoning salt
tsp ground Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until foamy. Add almonds, tossing to coat. In a small bowl combine sugar, cinnamon, allspice, seasoning salt, salt, and nutmeg. Toss this mixture with almonds. Coat evenly. Spread almonds on greased baking sheet in single layer. Bake in 250 degree oven for 1 hour. Cool slightly and break apart. Cool completely and store in airtight container.
