1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced 1 medium green pepper, seeded and cut into strips 1 c. broccoli buds 1 c. halved fresh mushrooms 1 c. cherry tomatoes ½ c. Coors beer ¼ c. salad oil 2 tbsp. vinegar ¾ tsp. dried basil, crushed ¾ tsp. dill seed ½ tsp. salt dash of pepper
Combine all the vegetables in a bowl. Combine the beer and the rest of ingredients. Pour over vegetables. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours. Serves 8 to 10.
