3 lbs. hamburger
1 large onion, chopped fine

1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder

1 large can tomato sauce
2 cans water
2 cans kidney beans

Fry hamburger and onion together. Drain grease and stir in spices. Add tomato sauce, beans and water.

Cook on medium heat about 30 minutes and simmer for 1 hour. Makes about 1 1/2 gallons.
