2 lbs. ground chuck, browned and drained
3 (15 oz.) cans tomatoes
3 cans green chopped chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning

1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can hominy, white or yellow
1 (15 oz.) can butter beans or lima beans
1 1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large pot. Simmer at least 35 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese and taco chips. Makes 4 quarts. Freezes well.
