1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until lemon colored and pour into double boiler. Over low heat, add sugar, water, juice of lemons, and grated rind of 1 lemon. Cook until thick. Use between cake layers of Lemon Cheese Cake.
