6-8 Boiled Potatoes
1 Can Cream of Celery or mushroom soup
Cheese
Milk
Salt & Pepper or Mrs. Dash

Directions:
Directions:
Boil & mash potatoes as usual but add the can of soup & can of milk. Put in baking dish & top with cheese of your choice. Bake long enough to melt cheese.

I consider 1 potato per person. I also use Campbell's soup I think it just tastes better. For variety you can toss in some minced garlic or parsley or onions. I like garlic & onions in everything! :-)
