Butter
8 slices bread, crust removed
4 rings of sliced green pepper
4 slices of onion
4 slices of Swiss cheese
4 slices of ham
3 eggs
2 1/2 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Butter one side of all bread. Place 4 slices in bottom of shallow pan. Layer with ham slice, cheese, green pepper, onion (may only want a ring of onion) and then 4 bread slices. Beat 3 eggs and milk together and pour over sandwich and let rest in frig overnight. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
