2 lbs frozen cube style hash browns 1 c sour cream 1/3 c shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 t salt 1/2 t pepper 1/2 c melted butter 1 can cream of celery soup 1/4 c chopped onion 3 T melted butter 1/2 c cornflake crumbs
Mix together all but last 2 ingredients in large bowl. Pour into 9X13 pan. Mix cornflake crumbs and 3 tablespoons melted butter. Top potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
