12 oz can tuna
2 c cottage cheese
2 T diced onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c cooked rice
1 c frozen mixed veggies
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but last ingredient together in large bowl, pour into casserole dish. Top with crushed chips. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
