1 box fudge brownie mix (oil, egg, water to prepare)
1 c peanuts
1 can vanilla frosting
2 c chocolate chips
1 c creamy peanut butter
3 c crisp rice cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Make brownies as directed in 9x13 pan, let cool. Mix frosting and peanuts and layer on top. Refrigerate 15-20 min until frosting firm. Melt chocolate chips in saucepan with peanut butter, mix until smooth. Remove from heat and add cereal, layer on top of brownies. Refrigerate 15-20min until hardens. Cut into squares and serve cool.
