1 1/2 lb. hamburger
6 c. water
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
4 potatoes, cubed
seasonings (your choice)

Directions:
Directions:

Brown hamburger and drain fat. Add 6 cups water and boil for 1 hour. Add onion, celery and potatoes to the boiling ground beef and water. Add your own seasonings. Cook until potatoes are tender.
