1 1/2 lbs. stewing beef or leftover roast beef
1 pkg. Adolph's 1 Hour beef stew mix

1 qt. stewed tomatoes
1 pt. (or 16 oz. can) green beans
1 large bay leaf

3 c. sliced potatoes or 3 c. dry noodles
1 small cabbage (optional)

Directions:
Directions:

In large Dutch oven, add dry stew mix to beef, pierce beef with fork. Let stand for 3-4 minutes.

Add all other ingredients. Cook over low to medium heat 45 minutes to 1 hour.
