1 tube Jimmy Dean sausage
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/2 jalapeņo minced
1 T vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and jalapeņo in 10 inch skillet with oil for 3-5 minutes. Add sausage and stir until brown. Drain grease from mixture. Stir in cream cheese and cook on warm until melted and well mixed, or place in crock pot on low. Serve warm with Frito scoops.
