3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sausage (the hotter the better)
10 oz. medium sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese
Mix cheese, Bisquick, and sausage together
Form balls (about 1 in. in diameter)

Bake at 325 for 25 minutes

This is very delicious. I could eat them all at one sitting. You might make the balls bigger as the prep time gets longer. ENJOY
